tape.io reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service. We will notify you about such changes via email. Continued use of the service after any such change shall constitute your consent.
You expressly understand and agree that tape.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if tape.io has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of this service.
tape.io shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
While in closed-beta, we strongly advice our users not to upload any kind of sensitive content and always keep a local copy of their documents. While we have a dedicated focus on security and the availabilty of our services, some of our security measures including encryption and key management may not yet fully be implemented, enabled or enforced. Please see our dedicated "Security" page for more detailed information about our security measures.
If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:
